15.04.2010	The plumber confirms that water service is available on the ground floor.
13.04.2010	Rockzipfel begins renovations.
09.04.2010	The Rockzipfel grant is approved.
16.03.2010	Water service is available on the 1.OG. The 1OG circuit breaker box has power. The electrician has been instructed to install electric heating in the 1OG stairwell WC. The electrician confirms that the wiring in the Eckladen is ready to use.
18.01.2010	The other owner of the adjoining property agrees to rent to us. Don't let the city collect your bio waste. We'll bury it in the garden as soon as the ground thaws.
13.01.2010	The Grundbuchamt had officially admitted that the GS-10 has fallen into foreign hands.
04.12.2009	The KWL (Leipzig waterworks) has sent a letter promising to connect the water within the next six weeks, or later if the weather is unfavorable.
30.11.2009	Haushalten confirms that the electricity has been connected. No water yet.

12.11.2009	An owner of the adjoining property has made contact! He agrees to our putting a garden there, and has also offered the possibility of selling it to us. More details as they come. The city will connect electricity on the 26th of November. The GS-10 will therefore be usable by the first of December.
10.11.2009	The plumbers begin work. They expect to be finished at the end of November.
